About Travel by Ruby

Ruby serves as your personal guide and support throughout your travel membership journey. While Ruby assists with setup, understanding benefits, and navigating bookings, all memberships, payments, and travel services are managed directly through Travorium.

Membership

By enrolling:

✅ You become a Travorium member.

✅ You agree to follow Travorium’s membership terms and policies.

✅ You confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

✅ You understand that membership includes enrollment and/or monthly fees as determined by Travorium.

✅ Membership benefits and features are determined by Travorium and may be updated from time to time.

4. Travel Points

As part of your membership, you may receive Travel Points.

✅ Travel Points are personal to your account.

✅ They cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

✅ They may expire according to Travorium’s guidelines.

✅ They can be used toward eligible Getaways and World Tours within the Travorium platform.

Ruby does not control the issuance or expiration of Travel Points but is happy to help you understand how to use them effectively.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refund and cancellation policies are handled according to Travorium’s official guidelines.

✅ Membership refunds may be available within the initial 14-day period.

✅ World Tours and Getaways have their own cancellation timelines.

✅ Membership cancellations can be completed through your Travorium back office.

For specific refund requests, Travorium’s support team will assist you directly.

Earnings Opportunity

Travorium offers members the option to earn income by referring others.

All travel bookings are processed through Travorium and its travel partners (hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour providers, etc.).

Travel by Ruby is not responsible for changes, cancellations, delays, or other issues caused by travel suppliers or unforeseen circumstances.
